Our Deployment Approach

Each client has a unique context and requirements so adopt the most suitable approach for deployment of Risk Management or Business Continuity Frameworks.

We collaborate with the client personnel and work as a team throughout the entire process. We leverage their subject matter expertise and complement with our extensive experience in the industry.

Not only we deploy excellent management systems in the shortest possible time, we train and develop the in-house experts who will later be responsible for the management and maintenance of the system.

Risk Management:

We typically adopt a “Top Down” approach and start the C-Level executives and conduct one-on-one interviews and identify the top risks faced by the organization in four major Risk Domains:

  • Strategic Risks
  • Financial Risks
  • Operational Risks
  • Legal and Compliance Risks

After collecting the input from C-level executives, we engage the next level of middle managers and repeat the process and capture all Risks. The output of this process is a “Risk Register” that includes all the identified risks, the risk drivers, selected risk responses, Risk owners and the target completion date.

The Risk Review rhythm is established where the top management reviews the progress on the Risk Action on a periodic basis.

Business Continuity:

All organizations (even the non-profit ones) can face disruptions due to the various internal and external factors that impact the provision of products and services to the organization’s customers and other stakeholders. Such interruptions may lead to financial losses, reputational losses and even legal and regulatory compliance issues.

Business Continuity aims to identify all critical business processes and their dependencies and provides tools and techniques for development of effective and robust Business Continuity plans to:

  • Continue the provision of products and services at a pre-defined level during the interruption
  • To resume the business back to normal.

Business Continuity implementation process starts with the review of the risk register to evaluate if any of the risks in the Risk Register can lead to the disruption of organization’s key business process.

The core of the process is a “Business Impact Analysis” which is used to assess the impact of disruption over time and prioritize the process for development of Business Continuity Plans.
